All jackets are made to order. Jackets take 30 business days to produce.
An email will be sent once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number. JACKET ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED SEPARATELY. PLEASE EXPECT 2 PACKAGES.

We are not responsible for any stolen or lost packages UNLESS THE PACKAGE IS INSURED WITH MONKPROTECT. For these issues please contact USPS directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS.

We do not offer any exchanges, returns or refunds of any kind to any of our products. All online and in store/event sales are final.

SENT DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
In the unlikely case of a damaged item or if you received the wrong item. please email us at support@hijadetumadre.com within 7 days to correct the issue. We cannot help you after the 7 days or if the item has been worn/used. We are not responsible for wear and tear.
