Most orders are fulfilled by 4pm PST Monday - Friday. Orders placed after 4pm will be fulfilled the next business day. This DOES NOT include shipping timeline for BACKORDERS / PRE-ORDERS / JACKETS.

Order by the following dates for Dec. 24th delivery:
Dec 15th (Economy Shipping 5 - 8 business days)
Dec 18th (Standard Shipping 4 business days)
Dec. 20th (Express Shipping 2 - 3 business days)
REGULAR SHIPPING TIMELINE
Economy: 5 - 8 business days.
Standard: 4 business days.
Express: 2 - 3 business days.
International: 8 -10 business days
JACKET ORDERS
All jackets are made to order. Jackets take 30 business days to produce.
An email will be sent once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number. JACKET ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED SEPARATELY. PLEASE EXPECT 2 PACKAGES.
STOLEN / LOST PACKAGES
We are not responsible for any stolen or lost packages. For these issues please contact USPS directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS.
EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
We do not offer any exchanges, returns or refunds of any kind to any of our products. All online and in store/event sales are final.

SENT DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
In the unlikely case of a damaged item or if you received the wrong item. please email us at support@hijadetumadre.com within 7 days to correct the issue. We cannot help you after the 7 days or if the item has been worn/used. We are not responsible for wear and tear.
