All jackets are made to order. Jackets take 7 - 10 business days to produce.
An email will be sent once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number. 

JACKET CARE INSTRUCTIONS
• Spot clean ONLY with minimal detergent and warm water
• No machine wash or dry cleaning.
• Avoid contact with water, rain, moisture, humidity, and heat.
• Do NOT iron over or near patch.
• To avoid damage, keep the jacket hung. Do not fold, twist, or roll.

US SHIPPING

Hija de tu Madre offers First Class and Priority USPS shipping across the United States. First Class shipping normally takes 5 - 7 business days from date of package dispatch. And Priority shipping normally takes 3 business days from date of package dispatch. 

We are not liable for shipping delays. We do not guarantee any estimated shipping arrival date or time. We are not responsible for any losses or damages caused by USPS. 


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer worldwide shipping. Please select your country at checkout for shipping rates. You are responsible for any custom fees once package arrives to your country.


EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
We do not offer any exchanges, returns or refunds of any kind to any of our products including gift cards, accessories, t-shirts, and jackets. All online and in store sales are final. 

Since all jackets are made to order, and are one of a kind pieces, we can not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds. We cannot refund or exchange your jacket for any reason.

SENT DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS

In the unlikely case of a damaged item or if you received the wrong item. please email us at help@hijadetumadre.com within 7 days to correct the issue. We cannot help you after a week or if the item has been worn/used. We are not responsible for wear and tear.
