Most orders are fulfilled by 5pm PT Monday - Friday. Orders placed after 5pm will be fulfilled the next business day. This DOES NOT include shipping timeline for BACKORDERS / PRE-ORDERS / JACKETS.
PLEASE EXPECT HOLIDAY SHIPPING DELAYS
Economy: 5-8 days.
Priority: 3 -5 days.
Express: 2 days.
International: 8 - 10 days
All jackets are made to order. Jackets take 10 - 12 business days to produce.
An email will be sent once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number. JACKET ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED SEPARATELY. PLEASE EXPECT 2 PACKAGES.
STOLEN / LOST PACKAGES
We are not responsible for any stolen or lost packages. For these issues please contact USPS directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS.
EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
We do not offer any exchanges, returns or refunds of any kind to any of our products including but not limited to: gift cards, desk, accessories, jewelry apparel, and jackets. All online and in store/event sales are final.
Since all jackets are made to order, and are one of a kind pieces, we can not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds. We cannot refund or exchange your jacket for any reason.

SENT DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
In the unlikely case of a damaged item or if you received the wrong item. please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days to correct the issue. We cannot help you after the 7 days or if the item has been worn/used. We are not responsible for wear and tear.
