How long does it take to make my jacket?
All jackets are made at time of order, in order to ensure the best possible quality, Standard Jacket production orders take 30+ business days (weekends and holidays do not count) to prepare and process.
Rush Orders on jackets will incur an extra $100 fee.
Once your jacket is ready, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
How do I wash my jacket?
• Spot clean ONLY with minimal detergent and warm water.
• No machine wash, drying or dry cleaning.
• Avoid contact with water, rain, moisture, humidity, and heat.
• Do NOT iron over or near patch.
• To avoid damage, keep the jacket hung. Do not fold, twist, or roll.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Our checkout shipping options include shipping to all countries! Add item to cart to see your shipping costs. We are not responsible for any customs fees.
Do you accept custom jacket orders?

What do I do if I received the wrong item or my item is damaged?
Customers have one week to report a damaged or wrong item. Please email us at support@hijadetumadre.com within 7 days to correct the issue. We cannot help you after a week or if the item has been worn/used. We are not responsible for wear and tear.
