This is a paid, hands-on internship for someone ready to operate at a junior professional level, take real ownership, and grow alongside a small but mighty team. You’ll be deeply involved in content creation, community management, trend spotting, and social strategy—learning how to push a lifestyle brand forward through culture-first marketing.
THE GOAL OF THIS ROLE
The Social & Community Intern exists to:

• Feel comfortable both in front of and behind the camera (talking to camera, light video editing, light photography).
• Have a strong pulse on Latino culture, fashion, and internet trends.
• Be highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage content calendars, assets, and processes.
• Proactively identify and take advantage of social media opportunities (trends, creators, giveaways, cultural moments).
• Be a self-starter who takes direction well and executes independently.
• Be excited to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibility over time.

• Build genuine relationships with followers while encouraging growth and engagement.
• Help manage our database of aligned creators, influencers, and partners for gifting and collaborations.
• Pitch new creator relationships and lead online conversations rooted in brand values.
3. CONTENT & CREATIVE (Hands-On)
• Create short-form content aligned with brand POV, campaigns, and goals.
• Repurpose existing content into new, engaging formats.
• Identify creators to support marketing campaigns with digital assets.
• Assist during major brand photoshoots and help lead or direct creator content shoots as needed.
